We will not be liable if for any reason this Website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts or all of this website.
By placing an order on our website, you are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders placed online and our training courses are subject to our terms and conditions.
If you have not already registered with us before, you will be guided through a simple registration process, where we collect your name and address details. You can register before you begin shopping or at the checkout after you complete your order. Your information will be held securely, so you won't have to enter it again, next time you visit VIA Professional online. If this is your first order, once you have given us your details you will return to see your complete order. By registering with us online you agree to allow us to contact you by email or phone. We do not offer your details to any third party company.

When you are happy with your order, click "checkout." Your order will be acknowledged by e-mail shortly afterwards.

We accept any type of Visa, MasterCard, and all major debit cards. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, please just contact us on info@viaprofessional.ie or by using our "contact us" form and we will guide you through the ordering process. (Please note: we must have cleared funds before goods are dispatched).
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
When shopping with us, on viaprofessional.ie you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Viaprofessional.ie retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will prepare the parcel for shipping and inform you by email once the parcel will be dispatched. All our product prices are in Euro's and all products are included of 23% VAT.

Product Availability

All products are subject to stock availability, if we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order, we will notify you by e-mail or other contact informations given by you in your order form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. The seller does not guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown.
Special Offers
Special offer prices shown are available from the website to online trade customers. Online special offers are not available to our wholesale/partners. To avail of the offer you must place your order online and have it delivered to address provided. Special offer usually will request from you to add valid Promo Code at the checkout, only then the discount will be calculated and accepted.

Vat Free Sale Days Explained
​
VAT Free sale offer means we offer a discount that is the equalivent of vat free. You will still be charged VAT (that's the law) but the total discount you receive is as if we had not charged it. For example, if a product costs €10.00 +VAT the total you normally pay is €12.30. During our VAT Free Sales, we reduce the price down to €8.13 +VAT so the total you pay is €10.00, which is the same as the original price, but without the VAT.
VAT Free discount does not apply to delivery charges and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, or discount. VAT registered customers can claim back the vat on their invoice. To comply with the law, we must still charge VAT on the invoice, therefore we offer a discount instead. Offer not available to credit or wholesale customers.

Delivery:

All orders are shipped to the "shipping address" provided by you while placing order/register with us for online orders. You have the option to give a different delivery address to the invoice/card address. This means that you can have the parcel sent to, for example, your workplace or to a friend as a gift. Please try and give an address where there will be someone present between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Shipping Policy:
Domestic orders are being shipped out with An Post and usually take 2-3 working days to be delivered within the Republic of Ireland. All orders are shipped with registration numbers and cost is calculated at the checkout per parcel.

International orders are being shipped out with An post as well to provide the cheapest option for our customers. It usually takes approximately 5-10 working days, however, it may vary depending on the country's destination. Once orders are dispatched, you'll receive an email and be able to track your order online.
Please check the customs duties and taxes of your country for all international shipping before placing the order. The buyer has the full responsibility of paying any customs duties and taxes.

An unexpected delay can happen sometimes, especially with Covid, or during the Christmas period. Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control and there is not much we could do, however, we will try our best to accommodate you as much as we can by submitting forms to the shipping company, asking for investigation on the parcel.
Trainings:
Our training courses are suitable for beginners and also advanced beauticians, but only those aged 16 or over unless otherwise stated.
Course Schedule:
All of the courses are subject to demand. In the unlikely event that a course or workshop does not obtain the necessary number in order to initially run, applicants will receive a full refund or the opportunity to change their application to the next time that course runs.
In the rare event that a course structure must be changed or amended, students will be given adequate notice. The training centre reserves the right to change course dates, times and duration at its discretion and where absolutely necessary.
Deposit Payment:
The deposit payment of 100€ for each training course is required upon course/workshop booking. The outstanding balance is due on the day of the course.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your course booking, you must do so minimum 10 working days before the course date. Otherwise the deposit payment will not be refunded.
The deposit fee paid is non-refundable and non-transferable if the course booking is cancelled in less than 10 working days before the course date.
If you booking your training course in less then 10 working days prior the training day course, please make sure that the day, time and location is suitable for you, as the deposit will not be refunded due to short notice.
Course Bookings & Payments
To apply for any of our training courses or workshops you can do it via our website www.viaprofessional.ie and pay your deposit online via credit / visa card online. The remaining balance will need to be paid on the day of the training in cash, we do not accept personal cheques.
Having booked a training course with us, you will then be sent an email to confirm your chosen course and date.
Two days prior to your course we will confirm exactly location and time via text message with reminder and if any necessary products/equipment is required to bring with you on the day.
We request form all our students to have model on the day of the training. Your model need to be available for most of the training course time. Each student are obligated to patch test your model beforehand (minimum 24h before the training course) to avoid any product allergy reaction.
