VIA Professional cosmetic products are Made in the EU. Each of our products comes with basic steps/information of use. For the best results please sign in for a VIA Pro Training Course. 
VIA Professional Brow and Lash Lift Products may cause allergic reactions. Always provide a patch test before use.

Product return and refund policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after the delivery date of your item to request a return and send your item back. All our parcels are posted with tracking numbers. The delivery date is clearly stated on the online packing tracking.

To be eligible for a return, and refund/product exchange your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unopened and unused, and in its original packaging with security label untouched (if had one on). The product and the packing must be clean without any signs of use. You’ll also need the receipt/order number as proof of purchase. 
The product that was opened, used, or the packing is dirty/damaged will not be eligible for return/refund.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please keep your proof of return (track number of the parcel) in your record until we contact you that the goods have arrived.

Before you return your item please contact us by using our CONTACT US FORM, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please take note that only the cost of the product is eligible for a refund.

We do not refund shipping costs. The refund may take up to 7 working days depending on your payment method/bank details. 
We do NOT offer refunds on the shipments that are sent back to us due to the failure of taking off any of those responsibilities from the recipients.

We do NOT accept refund/return of goods on any international orders.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange/refund will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception - report any damages of parcel to your delivery service and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders; cosmetic products, and digital downloads.

Shipping Policy: 
Domestic orders are being shipped out with An Post and usually take 2-3 working days to be delivered within the Republic of Ireland. All orders are shipped with registration numbers and cost is calculated at the checkout per parcel.

International orders are being shipped out with An post as well to provide the cheapest option for our customers. It usually takes approximately 5-10 working days, however, it may vary depending on the country's destination. Once orders are dispatched, you'll receive an email and be able to track your order online. 

Please check the customs duties and taxes of your country for all international shipping before placing the order. The buyer has the full responsibility of paying any customs duties and taxes.

An unexpected delay can happen sometimes, especially with Covid, or during the Christmas period. Unfortunately, this is something that is out of our control and there is not much we could do, however, we will try our best to accommodate you as much as we can by submitting forms to the shipping company, asking for investigation on the parcel.
