VIA PROFESSIONAL - FIXING LOTION is a DUAL SYSTEM for eyebrows and eyelashes. Dsigned to set eyelashes and eyebrows hair after perming lotion procedure. Apply the formula to the eyelashes and/or eyebrows hair with lint free applicator, hold for 10 min. Remove the product with a lint free applicator.
If you would like to color the eyelash and/or eyebrow hair apply a thin layer of Fixing Lotion and hold for 2 min. and then apply the color mix to the eyelashes/eyebrows hair (tint color + fixing lotion 1:1) hold the mixture on for 8 min.
ATTENTION: Avoid skin contact, in case of contact with eyes - rinse immediately with plenty of water. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep the bottle tightly closed. May cause an allergy reaction. Store at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight. Use within six months after opening.
